They keep calling me to come in for a cleaning which I don't schedule because I do not want to do another cleaning there. After a year of my not making an appointment you would think they would get the idea. I have had such challenges with this office since Dr. Assatourans left and the quality of care there for me has fallen. One time I asked them to speak to someone about getting dental implants and I never got a referral. On another ocassion the dentist adjusted my partials and the next day the clasp on one of them broke. That same dentist even suggested I adjust them myself while previous dentists had told me to just make an appointment to get them adjusted. They don't really listen to me or my needs at this location. Their front desk is not welcoming or friendly when you show up for your appointment. I am not a fan of this place any longer and hopefully they don't continue calling me.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing the male dental assistant was. He was extremely professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. He explained everything clearly and checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was okay. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. His positive attitude made my appointment so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and attentive dental assistant.

Remarkable experience with *Dr. Hason Ruiz* only. Best one on hand. He’s understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, and overall will listen to your needs as a patient. He takes his time with you if that’s what you please. He will advise whatever you need, and not push any further treatments onto you if you are not comfortable nor willing to. Highly recommend because of him. Best dentist I’ve ever had! Kelly upfront is also so kind, wonderful energy, and easy to make appointments asap.

Awful customer service! Our first visit took my daughter & the female dental assistant had attitude from the beginning rolling her eyes at my 10 year old when she heard that “the mom” wanted to be in the room for the exam and she quickly rushed me out of the room when the Dr left so I can wait in the waiting room for her while she did the cleaning. She scolded my daughter to keep her mouth open didn't floss her teeth which I find weird being a “dental cleaning” dropped an instrument on her shoulder, poked her mouth hard and my daughter telling her owe didn’t say nothing made my daughter feel very uncomfortable and not safe being alone with her & didn’t polish all the stains out, my daughter never wants to go back to that office when she usually enjoys dental visits. Never recommend taking children to this office if the assistant not happy with her job she shouldn’t be working in that office. I’m surprised no office manager or Dr have notice this assistant actions and attitude towards the patients especially children. Lesson learned don’t let your child be alone without a parent in the room. Never again !

Dr Ruiz is very professional and explains the process nothing like having a good, honest Dentist to go see.
