The staff is super friendly, the doctor is knowledgeable. They have good music playing which help take away nervinous. I highly recommend them

I was a patient here 5 years ago and only went for a couple of visits since they bought out my last Dentist. Recently, I was contacted and told I owe $36 for X-rays from that time, with a warning that the balance would be sent to collections if not paid.

I’ve had the same dental insurance for 10 years and have never been charged separately for routine annual X-rays, including at my current dentist. I was told I should contact my insurance so the office could be paid, which felt inappropriate given how much time has passed.

I also stopped going to this office because the cleanings were very rough and often left me bleeding, which hasn’t been an issue at other dental offices. Overall, between the billing issue and the quality of care, I wouldn’t recommend this practice.

My experience with the dentist here were great..but the younger female dental assistant with huge, hideous eyelashes was so rude and had attitude always She would make rude comments roll her eyes acted like she hated her job really made me uncomfortable here she would talk shit in the halls..that’s why me and 3 family members will be finding a new dentist It really sucks because the dentist here are fairly good but that one assistant is horrible. Management should look into her because you’re losing clients over one bad dental assistant.

They keep calling me to come in for a cleaning which I don't schedule because I do not want to do another cleaning there. After a year of my not making an appointment you would think they would get the idea. I have had such challenges with this office since Dr. Assatourans left and the quality of care there for me has fallen. One time I asked them to speak to someone about getting dental implants and I never got a referral. On another ocassion the dentist adjusted my partials and the next day the clasp on one of them broke. That same dentist even suggested I adjust them myself while previous dentists had told me to just make an appointment to get them adjusted. They don't really listen to me or my needs at this location. Their front desk is not welcoming or friendly when you show up for your appointment. I am not a fan of this place any longer and hopefully they don't continue calling me.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing the male dental assistant was. He was extremely professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. He explained everything clearly and checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was okay. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. His positive attitude made my appointment so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and attentive dental assistant.
