He was extremely professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. He explained everything clearly and checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was okay. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. His positive attitude made my appointment so much easier and less stressful. I eventually stopped caring about myself. Recently, I had a daughter, so now I have someone to care about, and someone who cares about me! Which has made me want to take better care of myself!
Most of the teeth have decayed during the years of my personal neglect. Coming in was particularly embarrassing in a room full of perfect smiles. However, they treated me with kindness, professionalism, clarity on procedures, and so far, the hardest parts have been almost painless! Dr. Ruiz surprised me with his youthfulness, and even more so with his attention to detail, customer care, speed, favor from staff, and overall competence! I highly recommend the facility for those needing work done!

Elijah is so thorough with cleanings and gives excellent advice. He is professional and has a great work ethic. He is phenomenal!! Eli is very gentle and informative. I have a deviated septum and it’s hard to breathe through my nose at times but, he is very patient. I also have sensitive gums and he was very conscientious. I felt no pain at all.
